Q. How can I change my address?
A. The most secure method is to us our online banking system to change your address. Go to Information Center > My Preferences > Personal Information. If this method is not available to you, we can accept a letter with your signature on it (via fax, email or mail) or you may come in person to one of our locations to change the address.

Q. I’m traveling and don’t want my credit or debit card blocked. What should I do?
A. Call the customer service phone number on the back of your card or the credit union at 414-273-3170.

Q. How do I change payments or transfers from my direct deposit?
A. Please call or visit the credit union to make those changes.

Q. How can I make a payment without a fee?
A. You can mail a check, pay in person at any credit union location, credit union service center or use our online banking system’s A2A feature. A2A allows you to transfer funds from your account another financial institution to your account at the credit union. To sign up for this feature, just call the credit union during normal business hours.

Q. How do I request a stop payment on a check or ach item from clearing my account?
A. It’s important that we confirm your identity before placing a stop payment. This can be accomplished by visiting one of our locations.
