A: Your new card will come in the mail between August 1st and August 19th. If you have not received a card by August 19th, contact us right away.
A: No, you will select your PIN when you call to activate your card. Choose a number that only you know. Do not choose a number that can be easily guessed such as your birthday, address or social security number. Additionally, do not write your PIN on your card.
A: Please call 1-866-719-8062 to activate your card and set your PIN number.
A: Yes, once you receive your card, you should activate it, set your PIN and begin using it. At this time, you should shred your old card.
A: Once you receive and activate your new card, please shred/destroy your old card. Your old card will no longer work after August 25th so there is no need to call and cancel that card.
A: Yes, your card number will change, and you will need to update any automatic payment with your new card number.
A: Yes, you can upload your debit or credit card to Apple, Google, Samsung and other digital wallets.
A: If you do not receive the card by August 19th, contact the Credit Union at 414-273-3170 to check on the status of your card order.
A: Funds will still be able to be returned to your account from your old card data.
A: The Credit Union will begin offering instant issue cards in branch on September 1st. Contact the Credit Union at 414-273-3170 or stop in either location, and we can provide a replacement card that will begin working the next day for you.
